Per Va. Code § 58.1-609.1, U.S. flags are tax-exempt in Virginia, if sold by a government agency.

Well, Allegiance Flag Supply certainly isn't a government agency. How about be like the other 14 states and simply make it tax-free? Roll Eyes

I replaced my US Flag with a Banana Republic flag. Made in China, just like our current foreign policies.
