My physical therapist suggested I get one. Have used one a couple of times in PT. Thoughts?

Oh yeah!

I’ve got a calf muscle that gets grumpy frequently.

Doc sent me to Physical Therapy (they’re amazing).

I use a slant board in addition to a sling to stretch my calf muscle in both directions.

I got mine from Amazon, it’s ok but a bit small for my size 13 extra wide feet. I’d rather have one the same as my PT uses. Those are a bit larger and seem to be sturdier.

Best wishes to you.

Thank you! I agree physical therapists are great. Been going for six months for various issues.

Inexpensive self-help. Had a plantar issue a few years back. Used a "Lifepro" at Docs rec. Around $50 +/-.
