Anyone have experience implementing or using a CMMS system in plant maintenance situation?

I have been tasked with improving our maintenance/facilities department and I see the need for some preventative maintenance tracking, machine cost tracking, downtime, etc.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these systems (Rockwell Fiix, Limble, etc.)
