It could be as simple as all his assets being held in his wife's name, or in a trust, to keep them from serious scrutiny.

A little further down in the X thread with Walz' commander calling him out.......there was a post with the Unit Chaplin at the time of Walz bailing calling Walz out. Damn, when you have lost the Chaplin, stick a fork in because you are done.
