J.D. Vance was a Marine in Iraq in 2005 & 2006. Tim Walz chose to retire from the Minnesota National Guard right before his unit was supposed to deploy there plus he still claims an NCO rank higher than the one he achieved.

I said this earlier. I don't know much about Vance's debate skills but Walz can obfuscate and dodge arrows with the best of them. Walz is going to attack as was seen from his recent speech. Vance can't let Walz put him on the defensive. Walz will be prepared and will know how to avoid the pit falls.
