Compare that to the video of President Trump shaking hands with little Putin and yanking him in to his space from a few years ago. Timmy is definitely a big time beta.

Not sure id give him credit as a beta. I think he is much further down the alphabet - maybe phi or chi

Nancy Pelosi Defends Tim Walz in the Midst of Scandal Over His Military Service

This was a bad decision by Nancy Pelosi.

She should have stayed away from this mess altogether.

But she helped one of her friends commit a terrible act, and now she is engulfed in scandal.

Democrats Are Trying to Defend Tim Walz

Tim Walz, the VP selection of Kamala Harris, has been exposed for telling consistent falsehoods about his military service, saying that he fought in a war when in fact he never did.

One would think that Democrats up and down the ticket would be scrambling to avoid the fallout from this, hoping that it doesn’t harm their campaigns.

But some of them apparently don’t realize just how bad of a story this is for their party, and how inexcusable Walz’s actions really were.

Nancy Pelosi seems to be one of those. She lives in San Francisco, of course, very far removed from the swing states that will decide the election.

And she clearly doesn’t realize just how seriously they take someone misrepresenting their military service.

Now she is publicly defending Walz, either not realizing or not caring that she is hurting her own party by aligning herself with this man.

Nancy Pelosi Attacks People Who Are Calling Walz Out for His Falsehoods

According to The Hill, “Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) clapped back at those attacking Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s military record, stating it is a ‘sign of the bankruptcy’ of critics’ ideas.

“Walz’s 24 years in the Army National Guard came under intense scrutiny from Republicans last week, specifically over whether the Minnesota governor misrepresented his time in the service.”

Criticizing Walz is not a sign of “bankruptcy” of ideas. If any political candidate were found to have misrepresented their military service, they would get called out. It would be political malpractice not to.

Here is what Pelosi said: “First of all, it’s a sign of the bankruptcy of their ideas. They don’t have anything to say, so they make up things.

“So first of all, he was in the National Guard 20 years, he thought he’d stay 20 years. But then 9/11 happened, so he signed up for four more years. He retired from that to run for Congress months before his unit was assigned to being deployed. So it was after he left, so they’re just trying to confuse things.”

Pelosi conveniently sidestepped the biggest part of this whole scandal with Walz – he said things about his military service that were plainly untrue.

He claimed that he carried guns in war, when in fact he never saw combat. This is a big deal to people who are veterans.

Veterans believe strongly in a code of honor, and saying things about one’s service that aren’t true is a clear violation of that.

The swing states that will ultimately push the election one way or the other have a high population of veterans.

These people aren’t going to look kindly on what Walz did and said, even if they agree with his policies.

The Tim Walz scandal could have a huge impact on the performance of the Democrat ticket, and Nancy Pelosi would be better served to not try to defend him.

WSJ reports that Walz and his wife have substanial pension plans. The article is very long and hope someone will post it. He presents himself as a pauper. I cannot get my link to work today.

Who was that wacko running for president that yelled "Yahoo" at the end of his rant? Walz could be his twin brother.

^^^ Yes, but there's a video showing that the black lab is with him at the park, and the dog he's petting in that photo belongs to another owner.

On one hand we should be careful when posting these things as it makes it makes it more difficult to be taken seriously when known for posting false information.

On the other hand the left is well versed in posting false information just to start a narrative.

Sure Roll Eyes - a video... that's cool.
Walz himself made the posts months apart. But yeah, we should be careful.

Let me give you an example: I make a facebook post saying I'm with my kids on a Scout outing. Yet in the photo I'm shown with another Scout that is not my child. That doesn't mean I'm not there with my kids or that I'm claiming the other children to be mine.

Yes, Walz made that post but never claimed the dog in the photo is his. And you know what? If you look at his account you'll see other photos. Know what's in the others? His black lab Scout. Same day. Same dog park. And there's video too!

He's doing something no other dog owner has ever done! He's petting another dog at the park!

I'm not defending Walz. I'm simply defending the truth. The truth is that what that side by side meme is suggesting is absolutely false. Walz in no way has claimed two different dogs to be his dog Scout.

At the Minnesota State Fair, a "Never Walz" booth has been a popular attraction, with participants spinning a wheel to receive free t-shirts and fans.

The celebrity that resembles Walz the most I think is either Tom Arnold (hat tip VDH) or, Chris Farley. Farley is an obvious one but, a pre-diet pathetically self-depreciating Arnold with all the fidgeting and bad-fitting suits I think fits best.

Maybe this thread is superfluous with the active KK thread but I don't want Walz overlooked, he is an immense piece of shit.

Tim Walz’s Brother: He’s ‘Not the Type of Character You Want Making Decisions About Your Future’

..“I’ve thought hard about doing something like that,” Jeff Walz responded. “I’m torn between that and just keeping my family out of it. The stories I could tell. Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future.” ...l

I've wondered, since I first saw that story, what kind of brother would come out that vocally about his sibling...

Then, I thought of my sister. She is a card carrying commie in Seattle with a major case of TDS. To quote Jeff Walz, "The stories I could tell...".

Good on him for coming forward.

It's potentially a great story for an aggressive journalist. Do you suppose ABC, CBS, or the NYT will send someone out to ferret out the truth?

What’s up with the bizarre hand-clasp-bow that he keeps doing everywhere?

That’s not a normal gesture for most Americans.

It is, however, a normal gesture for members of the Chinese Communist Party. If you watch videos of them coming out on stage, you will see that bow.

Dude says it like he believes it.

This is characteristic of all the Democrat leaders. When you notice it, it really looks like a very strange phenomenon.

But when you have spent decades deciding what to say not based on truth or falsity, but on what is politically expedient, you lose touch with truth and falsity.

When they are talking, they literally don't know the difference between true and false. If you hooked them up to a lie detector, they would pass with flying colors.

The only thing they had to trade off for this extraordinary ability to lie is their souls.
