Honestly, if they remove call center people following scripts, especially those overseas, that sounds like an improvement. | |||

1) They'd probably have a better accent than a good chunk of the actual callers. 2) They'd be as good if not better at lying to promote the company line 3) They probably wouldn't get mad and hang up if you asked what they were wearing. | |||
