I have a used M4 upper that I've been putting off assembling into another "pistol"; perhaps the time has come to utilize another of my remaining Palmetto lowers...

Shot A Cowboy match this morning and then went to my buddy's gun store and picked up a 45LC Vaquero and had him put on hold an interesting Winchester 1897 solid frame for me to buy.

I didn't March to the gun store, walk or even drive. I did however ordered something, and it should be there in a couple of weeks.

I couldn't help it, this lower just seemed appropriate.

Not today, but earlier this month I bought my first AR-type rifle. It's a Sig! A Sig Sauer RM400-16B-S M400 SWAT 16" 5.56mm to be exact.
I'll buy 1000 rounds of ammo for it today!

1000 rounds...you're planning on shooting more than a couple of hours, aren't you? That's hardly enough to light anything up!! Wink

Well, I bought a Beretta APX two weeks ago. And last week I was at ANAD for a few meetings and a friend of mine snuck out and went to the CMP south store Thursday and bought his first M1 Garand. Since he was flying back to NC and I drove I brought it home for him. Passed it off to him today with a gift bandolier of Greek HXP to help start his sickness. Smile

Every little bit helps!

Me too. I looked at a Gen 5 17 today. It had to stay in the store.

Nothing for me today, but I did buy 2 handguns and 3000 rounds of ammo already this month.

That makes 6 handguns so far this year and I do have plans for 2-3 more...

Was at the range yesterday with my most recent purchases, HK P30LS and Sig 1911 .45ACP TacOps.

Went to the LGS today and bought a "Protest the Protest" lower. I have no immediate plans to build anything so on the box I wrote the date and why I bought it, then put it on the shelf in the safe.

I have been wanting something from Angus and the boys at the CZCustom shop for awhile.

One of my LGS has a range to go along with their awesome retail store. They had a CZ Sp-01 Shadow Target2 in stock that I purchased 3/22.

Shot 250 flawless and very accurate rounds, at least for me from it today.

Went to one of the local gunshops and stocked up on 327 Federal Magnum ammo!

The owner had a "Customer Appreciation" day, and had cooked Brunswick Stew for his customers.

As it was ending, he gave me 2 quarts of delicios stew to take home.

Did any of the "March" protestors give you stew?

I will have to see if my LGS has anything interesting at a decent price today. Otherwise, it'll be a couple weeks until I'm around on a Saturday to hit up the one with better prices. I need to pick up a G19X commercial yet, and my next GSSF coupon is earmarked for a G34MOS Gen5 one it shows up.
