Hey, Texas Pete is okay after all, Arizona tea is made in Brooklyn.

And what about Goo Gone?!?! What's up with that? It doesn't really make goo gone, per se, it just kinda dissolves it--thins it out, but you actually have to wipe the resulting thinned/dissolved goo off by hand.

Ah, they’ll get off by claiming they’re referring to fusion, not fission, and since it has moisture in it, they’ve got enough hydrogen to support fusion if somebody can figure out how to get it started. Don’t waste your time and legal fees!

Very misleading.....

How can the Original Texas Toast be made by New York Bakery in Cleveland, Ohio?

We are glad you asked! New York Bakery was started by the Penn family in New York City over 50 years ago. They moved their small family bakery to Cleveland, Ohio and continued to specialize in the crusty, chewy textured, hearth-baked breads that are still popular in Europe today. While we certainly can’t take credit for creating Texas Toast-style bread, we were the first to add our signature garlic spread and freeze it for convenience.

Wonder what he believes about restaurants in LA. Tokyo Sushi. Seoul BBQ. New York Pizza. Is he confused when 3M products don’t come from Minnesota? I don’t know his old this person is but regardless of age, don’t know how he made it.

I can only think this law firm did it for the publicity, as I don't think these are even close to valid claims.

I would support sanctions against the litigant and the law firm if all is it seems here.

Doesn't it have pumice in it? Lava rock?

Yes, they still have pumice in it.
At one time they advertised it as "fine, Italian pumice".

But I expect Lave to be hot. Surely that is a reasonable expectation. Smile

And don't get me started on lava lights...
