jhe888I can only think this law firm did it for the publicity, as I don't think these are even close to valid claims.
I would support sanctions against the litigant and the law firm if all is it seems here.

Yes, they still have pumice in it.
At one time they advertised it as "fine, Italian pumice".
But I expect Lave to be hot. Surely that is a reasonable expectation.
