Nato could blow off the Baltics by saying they did not meet NATO requirement of 2% GDP for their defense budget. It would fracture NATO, but I am not sure how cohesive it is now

Estonia and Latvia joined NATO in 2004. They border Russia and they’re 400 miles from Moscow vs. 300 for Ukraine.
