oldbill123 are correct. The first couple times I was gonna let it slide but any member who has been on the forum for more than a day should know and follow the expectation.
Members hear or read "breaking news" all the time on the TV, radio, and internet but make the time to find a source before posting it on the forum.
You're the thread OP, a long time member, and an intelligent poster. No excuse for this laziness, unless you happen to be taking incoming from Russian forces and heading to your Fall Out shelter when the news is breaking.

We're not talking about election results here. There's LOTS of unverified, sensationalized info/propaganda (a.k.a. 'Fake News') circulating regarding this conflict. Not to mention that many are seriously interested what's going on, and were monitoring three different threads on the subject to do so! It's just LAZY and doesn't contribute anything of value to the discussion if you're parroting the 'talking head' with 'This Just In'...

The headlines (in that article and elsewhere) make it sound like Belarus is also invading Ukraine.
The actual text of the articles I have seen (posted link and otherwise) never actually say that, just that Russian troops staged in Belarus invaded from Belarus.
Still bad, still supporting the invasion, Lukashenko still a world-class piece of shit, but not “[joining] Russia in invading Ukraine.”
If Belarus has actually invaded, too, that is significant news and I would like to find a clear source on it.
