Yep, dropping to southern Colorado too. We're supposed to have 3 days of single digit highs. Wolf Creek Ski Area (west of me about 120 miles) is looking to get up to 6 feet of snow. Eek

Saw that Bald1! Glad I am in the 'banana belt' of the Hills. Typically warmer or cooler than the rest of the Hills, depending upon the season.
Hope we get moisture in any form! Definitely need it!!!

Jim,
They're saying light fluffy crystals which means low water content sadly. Not the heavy wet white stuff. Oh well....

Yeah, looks like our chinook is coming to an end as well.

It's been in the 40s and 50s here lately. Finally got the ice on the driveway melted.

Agreed! We can use the moisture in any form and a lot of it.

As far as the change in temperature goes, if we don't have a 40 to 60 degree change in temp at least once or twice, we haven't had winter. Big Grin

I don't know how low low got, overnight, but it was 10°F and blowing like stink out there this morning when I got up.

Brrrr!

Reviewing the surveillance cam footage from overnight: The wind blowing the snow around out there was actually occasionally triggering some of the motion-activated lights. I've never seen that before.
