I drink a LOT of Hefe during spring summer. I love anything local, but probably drink more hoegaarden, Franziskaner, and Weihenstephane. Don’t laugh, but Blue Moon has an Apricot Wheat that is actually pretty good. There is one by Live Oak that I always get when I visit Texas. | |||

Summer is for Hefeweizen. Franziskaner is the most easily available good hefe here. Spring and fall I drink just about anything. Winter is for Imperial Stouts and Dopplebocks. Not that I will turn down a Celebrator in July or a Weihenstephaner in January... | |||
