How often are you rotating your 18650 rechargeables?

I have a few Cloud Defensive lights that use 18650 batteries. Two that are in frequent use for work so they get charged frequently and as needed.
I have a couple others that are on home defense guns that spend most of the time in the safe.
Cloud Defensive says they are Samsung 30A batteries. How often should I be rotating/charging those batteries that see little to no use.

Or would I be better off just using Surefire CR123s in those and sacrificing a bit of light not to really have to worry about charging those?
