I'll be another for Pitt Bulls. I knew they could be decent dogs and they get a bad rap from scumbag owners, but the breed just never appealed to me. I've always had shepherds and when our last dog died a little over a year back and we were looking for a puppy, I told my wife absolutely no pitts.

Well, I went to the shelter to ask about puppies, and sure enough what they had was a litter of pups that were 1/4 Pitt, and next thing I know we're taking one home. He's the most affectionate dog we've ever had...is absolutely overjoyed every time you walk in the door and wants to be with his people all the time. The short, sleek coat is a nice break from the Shepherd/husky hairballs, too.
