I realized the other day, that when I have a dream the people in it are white! no Asian. no Black no Latino.
I don't dream about anything but people.
Might the fact that 99.99% of the people I've interacted with most of my life are Caucasian??

Last night I had my first dream that involved actually smelling something. I dreamt I was in a city, probably Philadelphia, and a homeless guy in a wheelchair kept trying to talk to me and his breath stinked. In the dream I could actually smell his bad breath, never had a dream like that before. Ive had plenty of dreams of people of different races, male and female, some where people I knew others just figures in my dreams.

A real quick search says that most but not all dreams reflect the racial makeup you encounter in your typical day to day life.

Dreams are wild business. I'd bet the more stressful and difficult your life, the more intense and crazy your dreams may be.

I had a crazy dream a few decades ago involving a shopping cart, a long gravel road on a steep hill, dump trucks, high speed, and Martha Stewart.

Do the people in your dreams have ankles?
In mine, nobody has feet.

Want to have some wild vivid dreams? Put on a nicotine patch. I did for two nights, ripped it off and quit cold turkey!

I hate "looping" dreams the most.

Where what ever the "situation", it just keep looping over and over.

So, I just get up to get away from it.

And I have come to the the conclusion, that almost all dreams are "nothing burgers" and can be discarded similar to everyday life experiences that have no real value to your existence.

Every once in a whole, a dream has some significance to insight and "correcting/assisting" you in life. Learn to recognize and dig into them if that is the case.

But the majority is SPAM, junk mail, and some manner of "we have been trying to reach you about your expired extended vehicle warranty", bullshit.

Just remember to know where your towel is at all times...

Most of my dreams are violent: people attacking me or my wife., or some sort of confrontation. Been that way since Basic Training.

Most of my dreams are about me looking for someone or something in a large building, like a shopping mall for example, and I can't find them or it,and I keep looking, and the more I look the more my anxiety is elevated. Then I usually wake up with a bad feeling. I don't have those dreams very often but when I do I don't like it!

I've become an expert "quitter" problem is I can never stay quit, when I do quit, those patches and the vivid dreams are the most fun!

This hasn’t happened in a while, but at certain times in life I’ll have a dream that I’m back in school. Sometimes it’s HS, sometimes it’s college. Or just a generic school setting. College friends and HS friends get mixed in.
But I can’t find my classes. The campus is huge and I have no idea where I am or where I am going. I wake up just about the time I get to “The Office” to get a map.
I’ll have that for several nights in a row. Then it quits. Might be months or even years before it comes around again.
I’ve never really taken notice of the race of the friends around me. But I know I had Mexican, Philippino, black, and Native American friends in HS and college.
