Love them. It’s the only tire for us. We have them on a 2012 Tahoe and a 2013 Silverado. I had the tires installed a few weeks ago on the wife’s Tahoe. The dealer stated he has never had a warranty claim with with these. He’s had plenty of claims with other tires.

I vote Cooper also. The last couple of sets of Michelin have not lasted as I would expect. The latest set of Cooper Discoverer HT3 are wearing well and have good wet/dry traction. Big Plus is much more reasonably priced than Michelin

I have had three sets of the older LTX M/S2 tires on my old F150 and my wife's AWD Escape. All three were excellent. I bought a new F150 in March and it has the new Primacy XC Michelins. They follow the grooves in grooved pavement, which the LTXs never did. When these wear out I will look at Hankook DynaPro AT/Ms. I have a set on a 2008 Expedition and they're better than I expected.

Excellent luck over the years with Defenders, LTX M/S and M/S2s.

Not really from Vienna |
I’ve never had any complaints about the many sets of Michelin truck tires we’ve had over the years.

My last set went 88,000 miles. Can’t go wrong with the LTX. ——————————————— The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Psalm 14:1

Michelin is the tire of my choice.

Cooper AT3 are amazing. I went with them, but never had issues with Michelin. There are 3 kinds of people, those that understand numbers and those that don't.

Put a set of Defenders on my Frontier 4x4 last Spring and am pleased with them OEM tires wore thin on 22,00 miles ! I've rum Michelens on most of the vehicles that I've owned and all have performed well for me. "Only the Dead Have Seen an End to War" Plato.

I'd rather have luck than skill any day |
We run nothing else on our 3/4-1 ton trucks and vans. Never an issue, solid durable performers

Fighting the good fight |
Outstanding tires. They were the factory tire on my Gen 1 Honda Ridgeline, and I got nearly 60k miles on the factory tires. I replaced them with an identical set, and the second set still had life left in them when I sold the truck at 110k miles. I just put another set of Michelin Defenders on my newer vehicle. I never had any issues with poor ride quality or loss of traction, like at least one of the earlier posters.

I had some on a S-10. They were great tires. I recently put some E rated Toyo ATII tires on my heavy pickup. They seem to outperform the LTX tires, especially when off-road. The LTX M/S have gotten 80,000+ miles for me also. However, with mountain snows riding on 1/2 to 2/3 worn out tires is not a great feeling. As crazy as it sounds, I don’t use them anymore. I need good tread depth for winters.

I had great luck with the Michelin light truck tires when I had my suburban. I was going through tires about every 20-30k until I started using the light truck tires. Speak softly and carry a

You don’t fix faith, River. It fixes you. |
I'm in the same boat. I love the tires. But as the tread depth decreased I no longer felt confident on them in the winter. I keep my older LTX's in the garage and will rotate back to them in the Spring. ---------------------------------- "If you are not prepared to use force to defend civilization, then be prepared to accept barbarism.." - Thomas Sowell

I have the same tires on my Silverado. I have had no problems with mine. However, I have not been off road or in any snow. All street miles and at present time, only a couples of thousands miles. The only small disappointment for me is in the appearance. The RWL is a bit yellow and not a bright white.
