...ANYTHING you say, can and will be used against you...

So...

Answer in the affirmative? "...can and will..."
Answer in the negative? (and later found you lied) "...can and will..."
Answer with ambiguity? (Why did you not answer truthfully...?) "...can and will..."

Starting to see the pattern?

Yeah, call it paranoid, or realize anyone who chooses to use anything and everything against another person, will do so as long as they think they can prevail, and the other person will have to decide how much of their time and wealth is worth throwing at their defense.

Give no one any advantage, ever. Because anyone that becomes your adversary will give a fuck how "good and decent" a person you are.

The First Amendment is what "Miranda" was built upon. If the First Amendment declares we all have the "Freedom to Speak", the implication is that we all have the "Right to Remain Silent" (or as I will say. The Right to Shut the Fuck UP!!!"

"Silence, Motherfucker, do you (not) speak it?!!!"

Everyone has the right to remain silent, but most don't have the ability.

Ding ding! We have a winner! Only share relevant
Medical info. They have no Right to collect anything other that that.
I wont even share that I have lost all my firearms in a boating accident during the Soetoro era with my Doc.

And Spectrum Health on behalf of Aetna called again today. Again I told them thanks but no thanks.

We had a nice (really) discussion regarding data mining, our privacy, and stating emphatically that we do not want to
participate at present and if and when we determine that assistance is necessary or desired we will make that request and only at that time.

I know one of the questions that will come up on the assessment survey…..

This is the kind of shit that terrifies me about red flag laws. They will use any angle, abuse any privilege, conflate any data. I don’t trust the fuckers with any information. Paranoid? Not even a tiny bit. We just watched them the last 2 years. Nothing is beneath them.

Bingo. That's why seeing shrinks is a calculated risk. You never know.

Wow. For practical purposes you could just drop the "can" for "will". The can is a fair warning, but the will is the guarantee for abuse.

Yes, But not only "will they", the are permitted.

Irony how many people can "say it", but not grasp the importance of "freedom of speech" is the power of "not speeching".

What you never say, cannot be used against you. (yeah, I know, Cap'n Obvious)

But I'm gonna preach on it from time to time, cuz, somewhere, someone right now is finding out the hard way, of this simple thing.

(I'm gonna keep at this horse, I believe, someday, he'll get up...)

True but you can do due dilligence. Most of the docs I know are Republicans and gun owners, but this is the South.

I used to leave copies of American Rifleman in the magazine holders in my exam rooms, just to troll for gun owners. It worked...they were so happy to see that!

But now every American medical institution has gone woke as fuck. A few years ago I would have said those of you concerned the docs would make something of your gun ownership were a little paranoid. Now I'd say you're not paranoid enough. And that goes double for talking to shrinks.
