AHHH, yes, Costco. The only place where you can buy an entire palate of underwear for $3.95.

The Kirkland booze I have tried has all been pretty good. Good prices on beer too.

I've never had trouble finding polish dogs. Maybe the chili is a Texas thing. CA's Costcos does not offer that.

The chocolate dipped bars are gone. I guess it competes with the Haagen Daaz bars they offer in the freezer.

The Polish sausage is gone here (central Florida), chili is here.

Nobody has mentioned the Italian sausage sandwich with peppers & onions. Pretty good for $2.79 (plus tax), but does not include a soft drink like the $1.50 hot dogs do.

+1

They're deals on the FEIT LED bulbs have always been good, and have gotten better. Also, people often report problems with other brands, but I've been using the FEIT bulbs for years with no problems. Some of the first ones I installed are going ton 6 years of use, two of those bulbs have been on continuously from dusk till dawn, every day in front of my house.

They got rid of Polish sausage a while back, maybe around the end of 2016? Hot dog is the only option now w/ the drink.
That's location specific. Some stores still offer either the hotdog or polish sausage, and a soda, for $1.50.

Other things I like there:

- Kirkland Toilet Paper. Nothing special about TP, so I refuse to pay name brand prices.
- Kirkland Paper Towels. Again nothing special about paper towels, so I save money.
- Kirkland liquid laundry detergent. Again, it's soap, so I save a few bucks that way.
- Kirkland Single Serve Hummus Cups. Cheaper than other brands, tastes just as good, and the individual cups keep me from over indulging, or opening a huge tub, and then forgetting about the rest of it before it goes bad.
- Premier Protein Shakes. (I know, not a Costco product, but they always have it). 30g of protein, tastes decent, and the price is great.

In Texas, Costco doesn't sell liquor. I'm told it is because it is illegal to sell distilled liquor on Sunday, although beer and wine is OK after noon on Sunday, and Costco sells those. The Costcos I've been in have liquor stores in separate areas, run separately, not owned by Costco, apparently.

How many pair in a pallet?

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

My wife noticed that LOTS of food items at Costco are now getting the "organic" label. Example - the 36 count eggs are now 24 count and labeled "organic" w/a slight jump in price at our Costco.
