Similar comment was made by one of our VPs earlier today. Breakroom TV was on Fox News & his comment was in the vein of "why is this on & not the news?"
They even have series on Netflix on this and the trial is still ongoing. I read about this guy several years ago when things started to come crashing down and it sounds like the factual stuff hasn't changed. That was more than enough for me.
From day 1 I tried to ignore it. For the reasons you list.
I did chuckle a few minutes ago when the headline on my news site was that he admitted to being there just before the murders. Now can they hurry up and cook his goose and let him fade into obscurity already?!
Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here.

The convoluted story when it first broke was interesting. John Grisham could have used the material. Once the likes of Nancy Grace became involved the story went down hill. The OJ trial was somewhat interesting as well as the Rittehouse trial.
I spent enough time watching to be thankful that I am not a trial attorney.
Going down to your local courthouse is much more entertaining.

...FOX is covering it heavily, is it Rupert's kid?
I don't care much what they broadcast during the day, but why are they wasting so much of Special Report?? I count on that for my news, I do not need to see 10/15 minutes of this trial EVERY NIGHT.
Timely thread. The wife and I had this argument just today. She watched a good deal of the trial today, then got mad at me when I told her no one gives a crap about any of it. I then wondered out loud how anyone with a brain could watch even a minute of it.
I think she is still mad.

The wife and her sister are watching this crap religiously. Whenever she tells me I should watch some piece of it, I just say I’m not really interested and I need to “do the taxes/clean out the garage/fix a plumbing leak/whatever” and leave it at that. Telling her I think viewing it is an idiotic waste of time would not be conducive to marital harmony, so I don’t. Thought everyone knew that’s not a hill to die on!

Yeah, but what really matters is what the jurors think they know about addiction, especially if the attorneys are not going to put on experts to tell the jury the real facts about addiction.

I saw a short piece when surfing. The ONLY thing I thought was interesting in during the 20 second section was that they could tell what position the phone was in, portrate and/or landscape. I suppose with tech today, I should not be surprised.

I like reading the UK Daily Mail as they often will report on things or go into much greater depth than our own MSM will do but they also love to latch onto this CRAP and seem to obsess over it.
I don’t get it at all, the guy was a scumbag and killed his own family…I DON’T CARE.
