Rey HRHAnyone use whetstones?
I’ve had all types of sharpening tools. Pull through are the worse kind.
If you are into the hobby, then maybe whetstones are for you. But if you’re simply for the results and getting them efficiently, I recommend the Ken onion workshop with the blade grinder attachment.
Use light pressure, let the moving belt do all the work. As you move to the finer belts, ease up even more on the pressure. You’ll fix your knives in no time.
