Saw a breakdown of the Trump Sunday/Monday strategy, as already noted here it amounts to not letting the Dems fight it out fully now & coalesce under a single front by election time. Here are a couple of several points of the assessment on POTUS latest: "3) But... the election is over a year away. What happens if either side wins the Dem civil war? They'll be united under that common banner by the time the election rolls around." "6) So, what is it that Trump does in a Dem civil war if he operates using strategery? Prolong the conflict. He prolongs the conflict because the AOC #squad is unpopular among key voter groups that the Dems absolutely HAVE TO HAVE in order to survive 2020" In other words, don't lose hope - stay the course. <>< America, Land of the Free - because of the Brave

You would make your points more clearly without the acronyms. What are De and Dlf, and why are they in parentheses?
He’s been pretty masterful at directing and forming the discourse so far. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say he’s got his reasons for doing so. Namely, making them unite behind ideology that isn’t going to play well for them in the next election. The news was about the in-fighting of the Democrats, and now it’s all about how racist Trump is. The news radio on the left coast here just about has spittle and foam coming out of the speakers about how horrible Trump is because he told four congresswomen to go live in other countries when “three of the four were born in the United States.” Meanwhile, the rest of us are seeing the irony in how maybe three of the four shouldn’t have been born here and the fourth should have never arrived. He spoke truth to power, to borrow a favorite phrase of the left, and focused the problem with our immigration issue like a laser on one of the key issues: people that hate this country are welcome to enter it, penetrate our government at all levels and damage it from places of power. ______________________________________________ Carthago delenda est

The Democrap party is being split into two factions, and I don't think there's a snowball's chance in hell of it surviving in its current status. They are not unified in any shape, form, or fashion as they were in years past. If the Dem Establishment sides with "The Squad", I don't think there are very many people in the working class of America that will side with "The Squad's" Socialistic/Communist agenda and vote for their Demoshit Glory Boy/Girl in 2020. I just don't see this turning out well AT ALL for the these idiots come 3-NOV next year. I think what would be great is if ol' Nancy girl booted The Squad out of The Establishment and told them to formulate their own outright Socialist or Communist party and run someone for the 2020 election from that platform. It would be interesting to see who among the 47 Democrap candidates would stay with The Establishment and who would risk their political career and step onto the Socio-Communist train. Interesting times indeed... RE: POST BELOW Ohhhhhhhhh! Nojoy...I was gonna post the same article today, but wasn't home and forgot by the time I did get home. Thanks for doing that! "If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

In parentheses because that is how party affiliations are written after someone's name, (R), (D), (L), (De) = Democrat Establishment, (Dlf) = Democrat Lunatic Fringe.

That only works for commonly-accepted acronyms and abbreviations. "America is at that awkward stage. Yeah, I wouldn’t have had any idea that those were what roberth meant had he not spelled them out. Commonly accepted usage of acronyms is generally using them following the initial full writing of them in the body of text, so as to inform the reader and save the author time further on. Don’t assume the reader knows what you’re abbreviating unless you don’t care to actually communicate with us. Parenthetical inclusion of a politician’s party affiliation following their name is also not necessary when it’s not following a politician’s name, you can just type it out. On the current topic, I listened to some more lefty radio and they’re totally whipped into a frenzy over these “racist tweets.” Multiple news pieces with different commentators and viewpoints about how horrible he is, and how this is “mobilizing white nationalism.” ______________________________________________ Carthago delenda est

Nah, the Donald played them yet again. He took advantage of their TDS and now has Nancy and the rest of the so called moderate Dem's supporting the lunatic fringe in their party. Trump is doing his part to promote Omar and AOC as the face of the current Dem party, and its working. ----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom. Ninth Circuit Rules for Trump in Sanctuary Cities Case Attorney General Bill Barr can implement President Donald Trump’s decision to withhold federal funding from “sanctuary cities” that attempt to thwart federal immigration laws, the Ninth Circuit appeals court ruled on Friday. https://www.breitbart.com/immi...nctuary-cities-case/ Donald Trump is not a politician, he is a leader, politicians are a dime a dozen, leaders are priceless.

From the Breitbart article: The Ninth Circuit is so absurdly large that when it rehears a case en banc, rather than all 29 judges hearing the case, the en banccourt consists of 11 judges: the chief judge (currently a strident liberal, Sidney Thomas), plus 10 judges chosen as random. I wonder if 10 judges chosen at random are really at random? Knowing the commies that run this state, for important decisions they would pick and choose the judges to support their position. -c1steve
