A coworker who works in Mexico brought this over for me as a gift.

I'm not a big tequila drinker; I don't drink it at all but I have drank it in the past.

This is the smoothest tequila I've ever tasted.

Had it in a tall shot glass, slices of lime, and flaked salt. But my first taste was without the lime and the salt and it was good enough as it is.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Ze Germans have arrived. Cool

(I just picked up the first case for my stockpile.)

Ayinger has been the best of the German Marzen/Oktoberfest beers for the last several years, and I expect that trend to continue this year. However, I'll be dabbling in a few others just to make sure (Spaten, Paulaner, Hacker-Pschorr, etc.), with another couple cases of Sam Adams Octoberfest for the sake of variety. Wink

Spaten and Hacker both have fantastic Oktoberfests. If you like darks, try Spatens Optimator.

I can finally participate.

Some yummy French goodness:

Funny thing about this, at 8.5%, it is the weakest Belzebuth, I presume that is why it has a baby devil on it. The original is 13%
