It’s good. Just a splash, enough to add a hint of sweetness and some bubbles.

My norm is Beefeaters or Tanqueray gin for G&T or martinis.

Finally got around to trying Hendrick's gin in a basic gin&tonic (meaning a small wedge of lime and regular tonic). Used 2.5oz of gin to 7.5 oz of Q-Mixer Spectacular tonic water. Damn alive it went down smooth and fast. No quinine bite nor juniper rush. Just smooth... almost too smooth. Not your "classic" G&T with the heavy overtones of juniper...but damn. Big Grin

Still liking Luksusowa vodka and elder flower tonic with a citrus wedge. Very refreshing in hot weather. Smile

It's my favorite Rye. Cask strength is extra delicious; I haven't been able to find it around here.

Copper & Cask bourbon. This stuff is outstanding! Give it a shot if you haven't.
