Whats in your glass tonight??? Part(?)

Unfortunately I can't actually imbibe tonight, or for the next 3-4 weeks as there is no alcohol on my ship. But a nice little glass of this stuff will be the first thing I fill my Glencairn glass with when I do get home (with the Sig safely tucked away in the safe of course).

Balblair (I have only had the 99 and 03) is a great whisky, however I find it a bit sweet on the tongue with subtle hints of buckwheat honey as a lasting finish.
