Went grocery shopping today, and wore my MAGA hat like I always do when I go to town.

Strolling down the aisle, minding my own business with my wife when a guy I'd place in his late 20's came chugging by, head down, moving quick and blurted "Racist!" as he went by us.

SWMBO and I sort of looked at each other for a second and then burst out laughing. Looked around as I really wanted to show him some pictures of my family but all I could see was assholes and elbows disappearing around the corner.

We've been chuckling about it about every 5 minutes for the past hour...

By contrast, while I was waiting in the checkout lane, a lady I'd guess to be in her 50's looked at my hat and said "I wish that were true."

I said "Well, in my opinion, we're headed in the right direction and things are better than they were."

We actually had a brief but civil conversation about it and she appeared to be shocked when we told her what happened earlier.

They got lots of Trump hats at the Flea Market. Red and blue. License plates too. A T shirt which reads Trumpkin and has a pumpkin with yellow hair. It says MHGA, Make Halloween Great Again. I picked up a old button today for 2 bucks. It says Buckwheat for President and has a picture of Buckwheat on it...

As I explained to a good friend of mine, I will not wear a MAGA hat. I know myself far too well to put myself in the position of pounding the hell out of some retarded millennial who either swatted it off my head or did something equally as stupid. My temper and patience are all but gone at this point in my life, and at 55, I have no desire to go to jail and/or end up in some civil suit. As such, I'll remain an ardent, but covert, President Trump supporter.

I'm not sure what I would do if someone got physical over my hat. I suspect it wouldn't end well. I actually look forward to a verbal confrontation tho. It is my goal to see a grown(?) man(?) cry in public...
