| Is this feature available because people are stealing I phones and it deters theft because people won't steal a phone that they can not use ?

| Always set to one minute, unless I’m having a video call with my doctor as their software doesn’t keep the browser open. Then I set it to indefinite. It’s immediately changed back. Years ago I worked for a company that was very security conscious. I never set my phone down without locking it. Same goes for my computer, locked the moment I step away. It’s simply habitual at this point, and with FaceID there’s no reason not to.
