[9:15 a.m. ET] About 250 miles north of Fukushima, site of the 9.0 mega-quake in 2011. Tsunami alerts only for Japan as far as I've seen.

One day, the Pacific Ocean will fall into California.

Hachinohe is near Misawa Air Base, I was stationed there twice back in the day.

Very active area. Dish rattlers about once a week, bigger quakes every few months.

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Could be soon. The Bay Area continues to be pelted by small (so far) quakes.

Was gonna say the Good Friday Alaska quake in '64, which ripped-up the entire West Coast of North America/Eastern Pacific. Whole towns were wiped-out and had to be relocated

^^^

I found this old mainframe from Dynazenon.

If it doesn't work, we can send a extra Jaeger because they are cheap copies of an Evangelion...

Yeah, a whole lot of shakin' going on in that pacific rim. Wink

Scientific and non-scientific sources are warning Alaskans to expect a greater than 7.0 quake in southcentral Alaska, any second.

Official sources say 2-4 days. Non official sources are making statements like, "I always get a migrane headache 12 hourse before a large quake, and I'm getting them constantly right now"

Still...often the nonofficial sources are more accurate.

We're refreshing our water sources just in case.

^Yes, I noticed all the recent seismic activity in AK, much worse than what's happening in CA recently. Stay safe up there.
