Gonna be tough for the poodle growing up with a heeler. She gets herded, abused, bit, and chased non stop, but hopefully in time she'll grow bigger, cause I doubt she'll be smarter or more agile LOL Big Grin

Little puppy is a Moyan poodle named Lucy, about 4 months old; Heeler is my 1.5 year old Red named Jelly who yall have seen before. Puppy is hyper AF and still a dumbass by all measure.

She's gonna be a good girl though...

Sizing her up!

My wife's been on me to get a 2nd dog.
We nearly picked up 2 abandoned pups that wandered up to a nearby-ish bar, but both had been claimed by the time we got there.
From the photos, and the 1 that was still there when we get there, they're going to be huge. Maybe around 1 yr old & his paws were gigantic.
Comments said some sort of Great Dane mix.
Almost went from 1 dog to 3.

Last night I was away for the first time in 1.25 years with my Heeler, was the first time she didnt sleep with me. My wife said she moaned all night.

I got home this morning and her head was GLUED to my hip, she couldn't control her sounds or movements really.

Was quite cute and a good reminder that she's my girl.

The Tomminator and Mrs. Mike have been talking about another dog…I remind them that Rock the slayer of Rolly-pollies and biter of butterflies is right here in the room with us….I get eye rolls and big sighs.

When I asked Tommy what kinda dog should we get he says, “ Shiba Inu”….I had him look it up and then asked how much they cost…he responded with, “ uhhhhh $2000”

Yeah, free mutts at animal control has been our history, or my buddy dropping off Rock the Wonder Dog, sitter of baskets…

Pic because..

Poodles are very intelligent. They rank number 2 on the list, second only to Border Collies. Your Heeler is no dummy either ranked at 10, out of 138 breeds.

Two dogs are lots of fun.

100% tracking on poodles being intelligent but this heeler is extra smart and this poodle is a little lacking LOL...so maybe they cancel each other out.

Here is my Moyen Oscar, at 9 months he's 100% knucklehead and a ball of energy.

I've stopped counting.
