No thinking person believes Chicago will not continue its slide into anarchy. As a matter of fact, I've stated several times in this forum that the only way things can ever get better in these cites is if they get far worse. It has to be this way, because these places are run by leftists, and leftist policies are pure insanity, so there's no reasoning with them.
Things have to get so bad that martial law will be declared and these cities occupied by the National Guard indefinitely. This is the only chance to save these places.

it WAS a former federal prosecutor, an AUSA. Then on to run COPA (Civilian Police Accountability Agency), then became the accidental mayor of Chicago.
Why was it a FORMER federal prosecutor?
maybe something about withholding evidence in a Federal Criminal Case? When this came to light, and there was an investigation, and it almost got disbarred, it cried "You're doing this to poor me because I'm black, female, lesbian, troll, inept, unethical..." and was able to walk away.
