I know you guys like hard work and success stories. A friend of ours has come up with a great small business idea and recently quit her day job of 20 years to work it full time. She and her husband were starting a micro wedding venture on the side and she made these grazing boards for a wedding vendors show and the response was so great she started offering the grazing boards/boxes separately. She offered delivery due to Covid and it just took off after being featured on a local TV news show. Quit her job and working it full time now. If you are in or around Knoxville give her some business, she and her husband are staunch conservatives and he is former Army. i think these grazing boards businesses are a trend. We got connected to someone doing that too. We went to a party with one of these boxes, we thought it was great and got the info. We ordered a couple of boxes since then. I wonder how people seem to get the same idea. Not sure if it's organic or they happen to buy the latest "i can make you a millionaire" book. I think the grazing board trend came from weddings and people started asking for them for other occasions. Our friend has been delivering to businesses for lunches and is doing 30-40 on some weekdays.
