Are you sure that's them? It's hard to recognize them with their shirts on.

I don't know. This issue seems well and truly resolved.

Bat guy puts mattress in dumpster where it doesn't belong and prevents others from using the dumpster as it was meant to be used.
The city has specific directions for trash. Mattresses don’t go into the bin in the alley. They are a curbside pickup. There are two times a year were pickup is free otherwise you pay.
The bins are 90 gallons and four houses use one. By dumping the mattress into the bin there’s a good chance the trash won’t be picked up. Instead a form would be left. Goofball probably didn’t want to pay extra and thought the garbage would just get picked up.
Goofball tosses the mattress the bare chest duo toss it back, goofball tosses it again. Did the bare chest duo explain the rules and what the problems were? We’ll never know.
“ The work of destruction is quick, easy and exhilarating; the work of creation is slow, laborious and dull.
That seems awfully small. No wonder everybody is tense. I bet our dumpsters hold two cubic yards (400 gallons) and ours are shared by 4-5 households. And ours are frequently nearly full after a week.

Of course up here in rural Snohomish County, unwanted mattresses, tires, TV's, etc., just get tossed by the side of the road.
