Mark in MichiganChino pants recommendations
Lands' End.
Inexpensive, and you can order them in the inseam length you require. Shipped directly to you.
They do have an elastic stretchy comfort waist option if you need that as well (that's what I buy).

Several recommendations, above, for Haggar. I looked at Amazon. They look decent, the price is right, and the website
claims to have tall sizes.
They're at
americantall.com If you need taller pants than they sell why aren't you in the NBA. Seriously, though -They cover all of the tall sizes. Found them after I retired so the only thing I buy is workout clothes. I bought virtually all my work clothes at Dillard's Big & Tall before we went to soft uniforms.

Stick to flat front pants with a bit of stretch/give. If you still want additional room in the hips and thighs, get relaxed fit flat front pants with a bit of stretch/give.
^^^The man knows what he's talking about. If you're getting something cotton &/or polyester, something blended w/ a little spandex/elastane is much more comfortable. Same goes for your underwear. Fancier dress pants made w/ wool, silk, linen, etc are less viable to make w/ stretch.

If you're over 40, you should be past the point where you give shit. That being said, you will look dated. I keep my clothes for decades, yet even I have retired my 90s era Dockers and the whole 1990s baggy look in general.

VictimNoMoreOrvis makes very nice quality clothing - priced accordingly. Their 5-pocket pants are wonderful, and will hold up for years of active, frequent wear. They have replaced jeans, for me.

BigSwedeI have some Orvis too, I like them but they just fit weird
I have settled on these Denali tech pants, it's all I wear unless I'm dressing formal or wearing shorts. I have about twenty pair, haven't worn jeans in years. They are as comfy as pajamas
I first bought them at Costco but they don't always have them, bought a few on Ebay
Here are some at Sam's
