Happy Birthday! Last month my brother and I went to Vegas (we always go on our birthdays) for some leisure and some golf. We have a habit of eating steak at one of the established steakhouses (its been there over 40 years). We showed up an hour early and the hostess says "certainly Mr. Scrub, we have a table ready for you, it was your grandfathers favorite".

I’m a watch hoe so I’m in please. At least 50 posts outside of classifieds: check. Something birthday related: this July, we had people visit us and stayed over for my wife’s birthday; it’s her sister and her brother in law. I smoke Wagyu brisket. Why this is special is I’m not a cook. This was about the third or fourth time I used the Traeger.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Happy Birthday Rogue! Hope you have great one.

Thanks for such a great karma.

For the last 35 years my wife and I honor the "5 day birthday rule" in our house. For the two days prior, the day of and the following two days, the one whose birthday it is gets to pick all the meals, has total power over the remote control and whatever else they wish. It has worked pretty well through the years .

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Please include me in a chance for that beautiful and most generous karma.

For my 50th birthday my amazing wife gave me a Ruger 10/22 TD 50th Anniversary model. (I share the birth year of the 10/22.) It’s a great shooter (no surprise) but it’s special to me because it was a gift from her. She’s much more than I deserve.

Also, my wife’s birthday is 3 days after mine, and our anniversary is 10 days after that, so that’s an expensive month!

I hope your birthday is wonderful and that you have many, many more!

Put my name in the hat please
Speaking of hats, on my 21st birthday my well meaning relatives(about 20 of them) took me to a Chi-Chis where they put a big ass sombrero on me and sung HBD.

One of the waiters decided to bust my balls pretty bad because I didn’t have a date for the event (no way would I subject a date to that many crazy relatives)

On the way out we had to pull one of my brothers off the guy lol!

Never went to a Chi-Chis again

Happy Birth Day!

My birthday related is that I'll be getting on a plane today so that I can attend Mom and Dads co-birthday celebration on Saturday. 85 and 90 respectively.

Now this is a watch that I would wear.

I don't have any funny birthday stories to share,
but I can say that I appreciate all the extra ones I have had, wasn't supposed to make it a couple of times.

Happy Birthday to you and enjoy all you have,
Bob

Happy Birthday!!

That’s a mighty generous Karma for the board. I look forward to seeing who wins and whether they join us on the fun in the massive watch thread over in the gallery.

Please don’t include my name into the hat, I already have way too many watches but I am curious to see who wins. Big Grin

I'm in and thanks for the Karma.

As a freshman in college I was going through Fraternity hell week (not as bad as we make it sound) but we had to do a lot of house work, cleaning, painting, polishing etc. So I'm in the basement, standing barefoot on a wet concrete floor that I was mopping and realized that it was my 19th birthday. No cake or ice cream that day!

In please ! Thanks be for all your birthdays to come. My favorite birthdays now are my three Grandsons. The house is full of family and organized chaos ! I’d be proud to wear and pass on to one of them at an appropriate time if I am chosen.

Happy Birthday Rouge!

Thanks for the chance.

I had the pleasure of turning 19 yo in Bootcamp. I'm pretty sure my Company Commanders noticed because I drew the "Snow Watch" that night which meant I spent most of the night shoveling snow off the grinder, Good times.
