You apparently didn't pay much attention to a majority of the responses you already got. Short story, the context is utterly irrelevant. In today's culture of enlightenment there is no context whatsoever within that word may be used...if you're white. I watched the video... the comment was made to one of his team members. It did not seem to be in a racial context, more of a kidding around context. The thing that bothers me about this is that black people use the word in a joking way and no one says anything. "Some things are apparent.
