If they really want to respect these units service, they should all be awarded a unique Fourragère to wear going forward. So you can tell from a distance they pacified DC, slept on floors, carried unloaded assault weapons, ate raw chicken and metal shavings, and were honored (from a safe distance) by Ds. You can decline to wear individual ribbons but in the USN you have to wear your top three as a single banner at a minimum. You cannot choose to wear NONE. 11 years to retirement! Just waiting! | |||
