American Giant made in USA, they have the tagline "the greatest hoodie every made". I'll vouch for them. The material is thick and has some structure so you can see if you need hood up. If you are in between sizes, size up, they are somewhat form fitting. Mine has some heavy wear on the cuffs, but I just looked in my email and I paid $79 for it in January 2013. They are $168 now, but they have 20% off sales, I think they are worth it.

KUIU Outfitter jacket. They run a bit small and are not meant to be a loose baggy garment. They have a nice amount of stretch and move with you rather than you moving inside the garment.

I have one of the Carhartt insulated lined zippered hoodie and it over 14 years old and still great !!! God Bless

This was a very informative post. This product seems to fit my needs the best, with additional inside pockets. One note about Carhartt is that they forced all their employees to get vaccinated during the ScamDemic. And after Fauci's testimony, we know it was all bullshit and no business should have the right to demand that employees be vaccinated regardless of their beliefs or their feelings.
