We will be filing bankruptcy in order to create an orderly process to pay our debts and refund deposits. Customers and all creditors will receive a letter in the mail with information about the bankruptcy and how to make a claim when it is filed.

I never understood their business model……

Advertise a low price, get an order. Take up to 30 days to get items and ship them. In a time of inflation, shortages and rising prices I guess they got squeezed.
