After being blessed with two amazing Australian Shepherd‘s for almost 15 years, unfortunately we had to send one to the other side. My wife and I have discussed this at length, and decided that we would take a gamble on a new pup. I’m 15 years older, and did I say,15 years older!!!!!!!!!!
WOW! What a beast! ALL Aussie!!!!!!!!! He is gonna be remarkable, I am gonna be worn out Cool..
I give you……”Levi”!

Yes, I can see him running the house before long. Dogs can be work at times, but here just about can’t do without one.

Nothing like a new puppy!

Here is an older pic of my wife and our brand new German Shepherd just after he peed on her kitchen floor. He is really getting a lecture! That guy ended up growing to 135 pounds.

I'm 68, my son just got a German Shepard pup two months ago. He works, I've been home with some medical issues. Guess who gets to watch the dog all week. So much energy!

Levi looks just a little mischievous. How's your older dog tolerate the little guy?

Cute pup! Here's our 4 month old Cavapoo, Charlie. He's been a lot of fun, and he has tons of personality.

We have an 8 1/2 year old Aussie tri color that looks just like yours, and a 2 year old cattle Dog/Beagle mix.
They walk me 5 miles or more each day and I do it for my own protection.

Congrats!

Same on our end. 15yrs since our last puppy.

Our shepherd passed away 2yrs ago and we have just now decided to get a new pup.

Litter was born last week and we pick him up in early February. I'll post pics then.

That one will be a dandy.

Our 12 year old Goldendoodle is really slowing down. We love him to death and will miss him. He one of the best dogs we've ever had in our 48 years of marriage.

We lost our Border Collie in Feb and in April got a Bordoodle puppy. Like you, what a relearning experience. It had been 13 years and Koko was a dream as a puppy, Brie was tough, constant biting, chewing, peeing whenever. At about 4 months she started to change her habits, no more of the problems. Now at ten months she's just plain fun. You'll get there.

Brie at about 10 weeks:
