Is it just me, or do pictures of puppies make others smile?

As some of you may remember, we had to put Claire down in May.

I was and still am heartbroken, as she was with us for 14 years.

However, this past Thursday, we added Pearl to our family. Pearl is nine weeks old and she has stolen our hearts.

Thanks for starting this thread.

Last October 2020, I lost my Sunny Day. She was a mini Aussie/Shetland Shepard mix. I said never again. By the end of the week I knew that I had to find another.

Last Thanksgiving I found her. I picked her up December 18th at 8 weeks old. Boy, did I ever forget the craziness of an Aussie puppy!

She is a bundle of energy! Very smart, inquisitive, always wants to learn and do things.

Ahyoka Star is my baby.

Congratulations to all the new furry mammal canine units! I picked up two more pups about a year ago so they are still “children” … training has been awesome- (Michael Ellis and Leerberg).

Australian shepherds are super special. Probably the most expressive face I’ve ever seen in a dog. Mine are all (west) German, but they’re a bit different, with one of them being half bear… Eek Big Grin

My breeder friend says her dogs have been selling like hotcakes in Covid. She raises German shepherds and I believe she’s raised the price twice in the last 12 months due to overwhelming demand. Super premium dogs, highly desirable. Love ‘em for ever.

Again congratulations to you all

We about didn't make it through the puppy stage with Harvey, he is a mini aussie, and at age 3 now is such a fun dog. He is still full of energy but such a great dog. Congrats to the OP on the new pup!

We have a female tri-color Aussie as well.

Here she is at 9 weeks-

It always amazes me how their (dawgs in general) personality or tude shows in a picture...

Here she is now with younger son. She'll be 10 next year-

Very cute doggo pictures fellas. Y’all may remember my post earlier in the summer about Norman our Bullmastiff pup that started having seizures. He was given back to the breeder and after a lot of heartache we decided to take another from the same litter. This is Henry, he was born in April and weighed in at 110lbs yesterday. Eek
