We need a choice for ZERO to Not Much.

Like I never drink coffee, and only an occasional cola

None. Was causing heart issues. Took about two months to wean myself off of it. Now when I wake up, I’m awake and good to go. Stuff will kill ya.

I gave it up years ago. I drink de-caf tea. When out, I order de-caf coffee, but will drink the regular if need be. I don't miss it a bit.

I mix regular and decaf, so about half-and-half; drink six "cups" that is probably 3 mugs a day.
If i drink more caffeine I get lots of premature atrial contractions, currently that's not a problem but I will cut back if it recurs.
I do NOT want to have A Fib.

My coffee's weaker than most but I usually drink it all day. I learned in the Navy.

I dont have a lot if options right now so McDonalds is a mainstay. No more than 2 large cups per day and of late, a friend has been buying those lovely 8 o'clock beans so I might get a refill. However, never touch energy drinks and about 1 can of soda pop per year. I now drink my coffee for taste with what most people throw away as a stir stick. Get those at McDonalds and they serve as the slimest straw I've ever drank from. Those skinny straws can make a large coffee last 3 to 5 hours as I take small sips. Chongo, you read like you are dependant on caffiene shock. Try enjoying your coffee from a sealed top with a tiny straw. Dont intake all those types of caffiene. Some people it can be a health risk for.

Depends on the day and my schedule.

Red Bull sugar free is a drink of choice when I hit a wall.

Diet Coke is a part of my daily routine.

About 48 ounces of Maxwell House in the morning. Maybe a diet Dew or two in the day. How much is that?

usually 4-5 cups daily. I have cut back some this year. Won't have any past mid-afternoon now.

Typically a couple-three diet Sundrops a day at about 100 mg each. And that's with me working night shift dispatch. I don't do coffee, so Sundrop is my sole caffeine source.

I only drink water so essentially zero. The caffeine dependence levels in our culture frankly concern me (but ya’ll do what you want cause ‘Merica).

That being said I do have a bottle of caffeine pills if I’m in dire straights at work. Each one is 100mg, I’ve had 3 so far this year. The benefit to not using it but a few times a year? It really works when I do.
