How can you mend... a broken heart? How can you stop the rain from.. falling down? How can you stop the sun from shining? What makes the world go round? I don't know about that. I always prefer a balanced approach to most everything. You should not speak uncontrolled angry words. But the clue for me is the word "angry." You need to be able to express yourself well before you become angry. If you leave with your feelings unexpressed, it will just stay inside like a pressure cooker until it gets to the point you can't hold it in any longer. Then you've only delayed the hurt. If you keep it bottled in, then your boundaries are violated and you feel like shit. Recognize where your boundaries lay. Outside your boundaries is outside of your control; you have no say in those things because those are in someone else's boundaries. If something is affecting within your boundaries, you have a responsibility to yourself and to the other people to ensure your boundaries are not being violated. They may not be aware they're trespassing inside your boundaries. You have to speak up calmly and in control long before you reach being angry.
