1) Ghetto folks fighting over child support, cell phones or hair extensions.

2) People incapable of reading/executing the simplest of contracts

All of those on these shows come from small claims filings in areas with relatively low caps. The "usual suspects" on Judge Judy are the same "usual suspects" you'll see if you ever go down and sit in on your local small claims hearings.
