Officer at the end of the video: "Just get out of the car and shut up". I couldn't agree more. Every time I watch one of these videos the same question pops to mind. Why do people have to be such assholes? ----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom. Every man should have several guns. And several dogs, because a man with a cat is a woman. Kurt Schlichter

I swear it's like those refrigerator magnet poem games only all the words have been pulled out of a law book and these idiots just throw the whole bag of words up to see what will stick. "I find this proceeding to be a travesty of justice. This moot is unmootable and therefore malfeasance of tort reprimanded by decree and I hereby injunction this body with malice aforethought until such time as parties exonerate themselves by admitting 300,000 dineros in walmart gift cards. So say I all." I have the heart of a lion.......and a lifetime ban from the Toronto Zoo.- Unknown

I love it when they say "let the record show" or "let the record reflect". Good grief. Do you have a court stenographer in tow with you, Clarence Darrow?

It ebbs and flows these cultist secret knowledge fantasies. It just takes different forms of whatever the prevailing conspiracy is. "It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." I'd heard of other officer's experiences in stopping sovereign citizens, and one sunny morning I had the misfortune to stop one of these individuals for a relatively minor traffic violation. An adult male and his adult son. I ended up booking the driver and impounding his vehicle. It's pretty well known in the LE community that if you interact with one of these people, they may go to court and initiate various types of legal proceedings against you, attempt to lien the officer's house, etc. I still have the letter around here somewhere that I received from this individual, citing all kinds of constitutional and US code violations I'd committed, to include "stealing" his car. He did indeed file some kind of action against me in court, which required the town attorney to go to court to quash. I don't recall exactly what the court action was, and probably wouldn't have understood it anyway. I know I didn't understand all the accusations and legal terminology in the letter. I can sure relate to those officers' experience in dealing with that sovereign citizen... NRA Life

She isn't even very good at the sovereign citizen line of crap. Most of them can talk nonsensical rings around her. The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

That isn't you. What they file and say is, quite literally, legal gibberish. It doesn't make sense. It has no meaning. Perhaps it sounds like something to laymen, but it is meaningless. It is impossible to respond to because it is just a string of quasi-legal-sounding noise. This message has been edited. Last edited by: jhe888, The fish is mute, expressionless. I was transporting a minor shoplifting subject in for processing. I must have told her a dozen times to keep quiet. I wasn't the complainant and didn't want to hear her story. They never learn.

Has this brand of nonsense ever worked in an American court of law and, if not, why in Hell do they keep trying it? ____________________________________________________ "I am your retribution." - Donald Trump, speech at CPAC, March 4, 2023

Has any one made it past 01:00 to see what other lunacy that certifiable nut case had to say? By that point I was ready to raze myself to not hear more of that legal gibberish. Also, we shouldn't use "SC" to abbreviate sovereign citizen. I first thought it was South Carolina, and save for a few places waaaaaayyyyy up in a hollar in western a South Carolina, the citizens of South Carolina aren't that inbred or insane. Not that I can find; quite the opposite, as far as I can tell. They never seem to figure out that their gibberish and magic words don't have the desired effects. If you can stand to listen to anything the guy who cooked up a lot of this nonsense has to say, he seems like a bonafide case of crazy. -ShneaSIG Oh, by the way, which one's "Pink?"

For those cases that really, truly believe in this stuff, I wonder what it is that makes them cling to it. A lack of education and understanding? A real, legit mental deficiency or impairment? The con-man types I can at least understand what is making them tick - they think they have a way of getting one over, but they know it's a load of hooey. For the lot who are "true-believers", though, they've got to have something wrong in their brains. -ShneaSIG Oh, by the way, which one's "Pink?"
