That would make very nice state park land.

The slabs electrical and sewer for campers and motor homes are already there.

Think of it , $95.00 per night.

Foxnews.com: Ex-LA fire chief lodges claim against city, accusing mayor Karen Bass of 'smear campaign'

Former Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley has lodged a claim against the city, accusing Mayor Karen Bass of engaging in a "smear campaign" against her.

Crowley "demands that Bass immediately cease and desist her defamatory and illegal public smear campaign of Crowley, retract her false statements about Crowley, and apologize for lying about Crowley," the filing obtained by Fox News Digital declares.

She is seeking damages of greater than $25,000.

"Kristin Crowley, a 25-year veteran of the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD), has filed a tort claim alleging that Mayor Karen Bass orchestrated a campaign of misinformation, defamation, and retaliation to protect her political image while
concealing the extent to which she undermined public safety," the document declares.

In a statement obtained by Fox News Digital, counsel to the mayor, David Michaelson, said, "We will not comment on an ongoing personnel claim. Mayor Bass is focused on the city's preparations for the hottest temperatures of the year and the potential for regional fire danger."

After fires ravaged the region in California earlier this year, Bass announced that she had removed Crowley from the fire chief post.

At the press conference in February, the mayor said that the Fire Commission president had told Crowley to conduct an after-action report regarding the fires, but Crowley "refused." Bass also said, "We all know that a thousand firefighters that could've been on duty on the morning the fires broke were instead sent home on Chief Crowley's watch. These actions required her removal."

Crowley's filing pushes back, labeling those claims as false.

Florida Man Charged In Deadly Pacific Palisades Inferno...

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

L.A. Firefighters Warned of Smoldering Ground; Were Forced to Leave Before Palisades Fire

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...fore-palisades-fire/

Firefighters from the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) warned that a burn scar from a January 1 fire, which ignited the Palisades Fire on January 7, was not fully extinguished — but they were told to leave.

Earlier this month, federal authorities arrested Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, for arson, accusing him of deliberately starting the January 1 fire, known as the Lachman Fire. In calm conditions, it was extinguished.

Firefighters returned the next day to monitor the blaze, but then left. According to the federal indictment against Rinderknecht, the fire was still smoldering in the roots of plants, and reignited in high winds on January 7.

The Los Angeles Times reported that text messages among firefighting personnel revealed that they were concerned about the possibility that the fire was continuing to burn underground, but were ordered to leave:

Firefighters mopping up a small brush fire that authorities say reignited as the Palisades fire five days later were ordered to leave the original burn scene even though they complained the ground was still smoldering and rocks remained hot to the touch, according to firefighter text messages reviewed by The Times.

To the firefighters’ surprise, their battalion chief ordered them to roll up their hoses and pull out of the area on Jan. 2 — the day after the 8-acre blaze was declared contained — rather than stay and make sure there were no hidden embers that could spark a new fire, the text messages said.

In one text message, a firefighter who was at the scene on Jan. 2 wrote that the battalion chief had been told it was a “bad idea” to leave the burn scar unprotected because of the visible signs of smoldering terrain. “And the rest is history,” the firefighter wrote in recent weeks.

Breitbart News reported in January that the City of Los Angeles was reluctant to assign firefighters to Pacific Palisades before the high-wind event of January 7, thanks to budget cuts by Mayor Karen Bass that made overtime pay more difficult for the city to afford. (The city spent more on homeless services than on firefighting.)

The State of California, while pre-positioning resources elsewhere, did not pre-position resources in Pacific Palisades, even though the January 1 fire was near, or on, state land.

Continued budget cuts by Mayor Bass, and questionable compliance by then Fire Chief Kristin Crowly resulted in fire crews not just being pulled-off a post incident scene before it was completely secure & safe, but also declining requests to pre-position fire crews within known neighborhood cul-de-sacs where fire risk was high on the night of the fire. Basically they didn't want to spend the money nor was there any extra allocated to allow fire fighters to do the job correctly nor, take any precautionary action during high-risk conditions.

The Breitbart article is pretty much saying that the City of Los Angeles rolled the dice in pulling the FFs out because the mayor, or her DEI Fire Chief, didn’t want to pay the cost of completing mop up.

Well, well, well.

California lied, IN COURT, about their involvement at the Lockman Fire Site that became the Palisades Fire.

The LA Times is actually doing investigative reporting about the cover up of LA.gov and CA.gov actions before and after the fire last January.

Here is another LA Times story about the "cleanup" that happened.

I think President Trump's election has not only reversed the pendulum, it ripped it down.

When / if you have a chance, look up Spencer Pratt and watch some of his videos.

Mayor of LA is claiming what he says is not true yet documentation and LA’s actions, coupled with Newscum’s show otherwise…

They are now fining property owners, who lost their homes, for not cutting back brush this last fall, (9 months after the fires) around homes and areas where home no longer exist. Yet, neither city nor state did the same on public land prior to said fires.

If the property owners do not cut the brush, the city will and then charge the property owner(s) to cut back the brush in addition to the $750 fine. If the property owner does not, or cannot pay, the city will place a lein on the property, place it up for auction for the amount of the fine and city’s cost as the min-buy, and sell to the highest bidder.

Property owner will be responsible for difference between what the auction brings in (less city’s fair share and associated fees) and what is still owed to the bank/mortgage company.
