It’s freaking fantastic, but I don’t think there’s any actual wine in it. Maybe fermented berries, but it usually has an almond glaze and it’s folded over the berries: strawberry, blueberry, blackberry etc. it’s very good definitely a pastry and a heartclogger. I’ve had some success but still wanting to perfect..
