SigSauerP226Galaxy S4 on AT&T here and did not get it. I get Amber Alerts and Emergency Alerts sometimes. I don't get service when I'm at work, but thought maybe it'd come through later. Nope, bummer!

Jimbo54The alert system is done through FEMA and was set up to send them to cell phones under Obama and this was the first test. FEMA is asking those that didn't receive it to send a text or email and tell them what phone you have and what provider you use. They are aware of the issue and want to fix it.
