What is the legal term for having something SO interesting on your property that it actually makes YOU liable when someone trespasses and gets injured ?

Cousin VinnieThe attractive nuisance doctrine applies to the law of torts, in the United States. It states that a landowner may be held liable for injuries to children trespassing on the land if the injury is caused by an object on the land that is likely to attract children.

Jimbo54It's the reason we have a 1 million dollar umbrella policy. We have domestic ducks and geese free ranging in one of our fields that get a lot of attention from kids in the area. It was worse when we raised hogs and beef cattle.
