It looks like it's double pain from the picture though. If that's the case I would find the window manufacturers info on it and try to get a price and availability on the glass pane and frame from them as it might be a cheaper alternative. Horizontal roller windows come out fairly easy.

| It looks like a pretty recent window. Call the manufacturer and see what there price is for the glass and frame for the 1 window, it might be pretty reasonable than trying to have a glass place have one made. With the glass in the frame, changing it shouldn't be too difficult to do yourself. |
